Marmite Keeping the Unhealthy Healthy

I knew someone who refused to eat vegetables but seemed healthy enough, apparently he eat Marmite.  Students and young adults whose lives are too disorganised to eat properly are also probably often saved by Marmite. Marmite is a convenience food which is actually good for you (good source of five B vitamins)!
